CASA FERRARI

In this project, I was tasked to create a redesign for Ferrari in their Formula 1 Grand Prix for Miami 2024. Able to use the references from 2023 and after careful research, I made some findings to inspire my design proposal.

2024 Mood board

For this new year, Ferrari added in their new racing car the two distinctive lines: yellow and white, and removed much of their black accents from last year. Ferrari yellow comes from the Modena region, Giallo Modena, representing joy, optimism, and speed. These highlights will influence most of my design decisions. As it is in Miami, I took notice of the weather, water, and plants. Incorporating in the garden area Italian rattan seating to accommodate our guests as they explore the area, the water fountain, and the two other floors of this Formula One experience.

I created two bespoke architectural elements:

Bar/Coffee table

Designing - Tables

Service Table - Bar/Coffee

For this table, I wanted to create a table with two-tier access for the service to run smoothly. In a construction mostly inspired by modular and male/female joints to ensure a strong fit. This way, we can change the pieces and make different variations in material, color and brand based on the need.

Buffet Table

For this table, I wanted to create a table that is strong and will hold a significant amount of weight. With a metal frame that can be wrapped around with textile or bent metal frame to be used for multiple events. This way we can use the frame and change the cover for any brand, color, or finish we will need.
