La Cocina is a re-design of a full kitchen. The client wanted a big island for baking (5’ x 4’), a coffee bar, and custom cabinets for special storage. An Oil cabinet and Stand Mixer Cabinet are a few examples.
Consulting with the engineer, I suggested we open the space more by removing a piece of the wall of the coffee bar. Creating a more open concept feel without compromising the concrete structure.
Everything has been taking into consideration. Thrilled to be trusted in the selection of the tiles, countertops, backsplash, appliances, and finishes. Build all the 3D, showcased in VR in Unreal Engine & final CGI’s. It was the showcase in VR that sold the project.
Showcasing the final kittchen
